Going with Rotary’s Camps
Each year a number of Rotary clubs invite young people to around 50 different summer camps across Europe. In most cases the camps are open to both children of Rotary members and non-members.
Camp invitations are compiled during January–March each year and you can download them free of charge here on the website. There are few camp invitations before 15 January.
Questions? Write to us at info@rotarystudent.se. Information about current camps can be found in the camp list.
Types of camp
The general age requirement for the summer camps is 15–24 years, but each camp has its own specific age requirements. Camp lengths vary between 1 and 3 weeks. Participants stay with Rotary families and/or in hostels, schools and the like. The purpose of the camps is to build friendships and have fun.
Rotary's Camps are open to all young people, including those with disabilities. Every summer a couple of accessible camps (Handicamp) are arranged in Europe. For more information, contact info@rotarystudent.se.
After the camp
All camp participants write a travel report after the camp ends. The report is sent to the Swedish sponsor club and the district.
